Time to catch up!

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted anything! Here are some pictures of what Suzana has been up to the past few weeks.

She loves to love "her" babies! She and Brenna are so beautiful in their Fourth of July colors!

Paw Paw and Gi Gi bought the baby boy a bed and Suzana and Daddy were a great team in putting it together! She actually did help. She has amazing fine motor skills!

She had to try it out to make sure it was comfy :-)
Giving Wolfie a big kiss!
Love this picture!

After I took this picture, I told her to open her eyes....

This is what I got!! haha!

We can't believe we will adding our baby boy in less than seven weeks!! Time is flying by! Suzana has been busy this summer with the pool and gymnastics. She has become quite a daddy's girl too! She has developed some advanced skills, such as drawing a person, writing some letters, stringing very tiny beads to make necklaces, drawing a house and other objects that she labels by herself (a pool with slides, a ladder) and they actually look like what she is drawing! She can name a word for almost every letter sound. Her storytelling, memory and vocabulary are amazing too! We just feel so blessed with her in our lives! Although her stubborness can be a little challenging at times, we know it is because she just knows what she wants and will do what she can to get it. That is a great skill to have growing up (maybe not as her parents when she is three though)! We are excited to meet our baby boy and see all the blessings he brings to our lives too! I will try to keep up with posts, but bare with me if I am a little slow! Have a great day!

King's Island

Josh, Suzana and I, along with our friends, went to King's Island on Monday. We had an awesome time!! We were there for TEN hours! Suzana loved all of the rides, she was SO brave. I am pretty sure that I was more scared for her to ride them than she was to ACTUALLY ride them. There were a lot more rides that she could ride by herself than I realized, but she hopped right on and took off! What a big girl.

We had to get the classic King's Island picture in front of the fountains on our way in. She rode this way quite a bit, which made daddy's back ache (mama's just ached from walking all day!) But we didn't care :-)

The first ride we hit was the carousel. Unlike at Gatti Town where we have to ride it 10 times every visit, we only rode it once here since there were MANY more fun options!!
Of course she loved the swings.
Suzana and Sydney are getting ready to ride the Beetle Bugs. This was their first time on them, and they had no idea how much they were going to absolultely LOVE this one! They rode it AT LEAST 15 times!!

Ah, now they know!! I could have taken 100 pictures of them on this ride! They were hilarious!

Little crazy lady in the front of the roller coaster with her hands up!!!
The bumper cars were another favorite. Anything she can drive is always a hit!!
Another fun car ride, with a boy we don't know. This won't happen again for A LONG time! :-)
Cooling down with Sydney at the water park. It was actually cloudy most of the day, so the weather was perfect!
We also took a ride in the kiddie "boo house." Although she hid her head in daddy's arm for most of the ride, that was the one she talked about the most! She even made up some very imaginitave stories about the "big guys." I think she may be a writer with all the stories she makes up on her own, they are hilarious and you have to wonder where that little brain comes up with so much!
Hope you have a very safe and Happy Fourth of July!!
