Summer Fun!

Well, there hasn't been too much to blog about in the Gibson family lately. Below you will see the majority of what we have been up too. Pool, outside, playing in the new sandbox, driving the jeep; pretty much the same thing everyday! At least Suzana has plenty of friends to do all of these fun things with! She plays with Sydney pretty much everyday and they have a ball! Yesterday our friends Ellie and baby Julia came over to play too. The BIG pool opens this weekend, so that will add a little variety to our pool time. Have a great weekend!

Suzana has become quite the little gymnast. She even does back flips off the side of the pool into the grass!!

Mother's Day and Birthday Parties!

Daddy took Suzana and me to my new favorite restaurant for an early Mother's Day lunch. He had to work all day on Mother's Day, but it was nice because there weren't any crowds! It was so yummy and I enjoyed getting to spend the afternoon with my favorites! I hope all you mamas had a wonderful day too! Suzana had two friends with birthday parties this past week. We went to WV to celebrate Dria's birthday "down on farm." She had a great time! Here she is on the wagon ride decked out in her bandana, blue of course. We went to Ellie's party in Lexington on Monday. It was a purple paint theme party and all the food was purple, the bday girl's favorite color. It is hard to believe that in just a few months my little baby will be celebrating her THIRD birthday too!!

Springtime Fun!

Ever since we went to Keeneland, Suzana has been asking to ride the horsies. We took her to the horsepark when Paw Paw and Gi Gi came to visit last weekend. She wouldn't let daddy help her too much while riding, she looked like such a big girl!

This past weekend, Uncle Cam flew in from Miami to visit. We had to make a pit stop at the toy store on our way home from the airport. He bought her a really AWESOME gift! A Barbie JEEP!! She has had a ball on it in the backyard, but will still need some practice before she can get her license!

We also went to our neighbors' Derby Party while he was here. It rained the ENTIRE weekend, but that didn't stop the kiddos from playing outside!
